You are in ! once you successfully created an account with us. Accumulate Onion points on every purchase and use them as cash rebates to offset your next purchases. It is our way to thank you for choosing us for your daily groceries need.Product review will also earn you some Onion points. So don’t forget to put up a review after your purchase.
Where can I See my Onion points?
Onion points are collected when you make a successful purchase. 1 Onion point will be awarded for every $1 spent. Submitting a product review will earn you 1 Onion point too. You will be able to see your accumulated onions points in “My Account” section.
How do I cash out my Onion points?
You can use the points to offset your next purchase directly at the checkout section.

How will my membership tier be categorised?
Your membership tier will be tied to the Onion points earned. Every accumulation of 500 Onion points within a 3 month cycle will automatically upgrade your membership to the next tier. In the event that you did not meet the minimum point accummulation of 500 Onion points every 3 months, your membership will automatically be downgraded to the lower tier.
Do my Onion points expire?
The Onion points you have collected are valid for 2 years from the date you collected them. Onion points are non-transferable and are redeemable for cash rebates only.
