Accumulate Onion points on every purchase and upgrade your membership tier to be eligible for greater savings. It is our way to thank you for choosing us for your daily groceries need.
Onion points are collected when you make a successful purchase or put up a review after your purchase.
1 Onion point will be awarded for every $1 spent through the platform. Every product review will earn you 1 Onion point too.
The membership tier will be reviewed on a 6 monthly basis.
As long as your accumulated Onion points exceeded 1000 points within a 6 month cycle, your membership will automatically be upgraded to the next tier.
The higher the tier, the more discount and perks you will unlock !
There are three delivery slots to cater to your busy schedule. You may select the preferred day and time slot once an order is placed.
Slot 1 - 10am to 1pm
Slot 2 - 2pm to 5pm
Slot 3 - 7pm to 9pm
If there are any missing items in your delivered goods, we will issue a refund for the amount similar to the value of the items not delivered.
Simply send us an email at admin@martdh.com.sg , indicate the missing items and provide your order number. Our staff will get in touch with you to rectify the issue and proceed with the refund request. Any refunds will be returned to your chosen payment mode. In the event that COD or paynow was the mode of payment for purchases, we will issue you with a cash voucher code to be used for your next purchase.
The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is important.
In our fight against COVID-19, we are providing you with the option of 'contactless delivery'. During placing of order, simply indicate in the 'Customer Comment' section that you prefer contactless delivery. Our delivery staff will place your products outside your provided delivery address and a photo will be take and sent to your mobile phone as proof of delivery.
However, note that contactless delivery is only valid for order payment through credit cards.
